Refund Policy
Mini Seminar Series
If you register for a mini seminar series you are eligible for a full 100% refund, with written notification, up to 48 hours in advance of the start of the seminar series. If you cancel on the first day of a series you can receive a 50% refund. After the start of a mini seminar series you will not be eligible to receive a refund. Mini Seminar (one class session).
If you register for a mini seminar (one class) you are eligible for a full 100% refund up to 48 hours in advance of the start of the seminar series. No refund will be given if written notice is not received prior to 2 days in advance.
Please notify The Empowerment Zone at within 48 hours of the start of your
seminar date to be eligible to receive your refund.
MBEX Orientation Session
A refund of 50% will be given if a written cancellation is received from the participant within 5 days of the beginning of the session. After this time, no refund will be made. The participant will be allowed to participate in a future orientation session, only if and as scheduled and at the discretion of The Empowerment Zone Inc.
Yogatsu Energy Psychology Sessions, Breathe! Relax & Release and Living Qi Yoga Private Workshops.
Full refunds will be given if The Empowerment Zone, Inc. is notified of your cancellation 24 hours in advance. Less than 24 hours notice, no refund will be given. Every effort will be made to reschedule the session at a mutually agreeable time.
My Personal Achievement Plan
Full refunds are available for the workbook if: the workbook is returned in saleable condition, meaning that the on the last four sections shrink wrap have not been opened and all pages/content are intact and there are no other marks or indication of use or wear.
Full refunds will be given if 14 days notice is given. Between 14 days and 8 days prior to the start of the workshop 75% of the registration fee will be return. Seven (7) days 50% of the registration will be returned. No refund will be given if notice is received three days prior to the start of the workshop. Rescheduling is at the discretion of The Empowerment Zone, Inc and is dependent on future workshop schedules.

The application fee is non refundable. If you need to reschedule your orientation sessions, if you cancel your orientation sessions with 24 hours notice, every effort will be made to make an adjustment to a mutually agreeable time. No accommodation will be made if you cancel your session after two attempts at rescheduling are made.
Once the 21 days of self empowerment begins, no refunds will be issued.
