Having a “quiet” mind is the single most important element to successful visualization. The second most important element is clarity of vision. In My Personal Achievement Plan we talk about moving forward toward your vision small chunks at a time. When you make a vision for your day, how you start and finish your day is very important to setting the mood or emotional barometer. Making a daily vision plan is one thing. Accomplishing your vision for the day is another. How you make any necessary adjustments when things are a little off plan is quite another. Breathing Basics develops your breathe and release internal tool kit for expanded Visionscape™. Releasing allows you to see other perspectives calmly! This 10-to-20 minute breathing sequence will help you become more aware of your breath. With practice you will feel when your body tenses and learn how to take a breath to release stress and tension.

This Breathe and Release technique is design to enhance relaxation. Different people will experience difference results. If you are consistent with your practice, sometimes you may feel fatigued or have a spurt of energy. You may remember distance or long forgotten memories, events or experiences.
